What can we say? Marie and I are overwhelmed and very appreciative of all the efforts to undertake this challenge. You have all picked up the gauntlet and run with it, offering some incredible insights into this amazing gathering of poets.

Each story is as important as the next, and all deserving of recognition. With over 400 poems/comments posted, you have done exactly that, shined the light on yourselves and each other.

Marie and I have decided that we will not select Blooms this week. We will heap blanket praise on all of our poets for a great first step and hope it prompts you to carry through with your story. Part 2 will be presented tomorrow and it will be another chance to let yourselves shine. Thank you all for your wonderful poems.

  4. Ah – this made me very happy … I was wondering, how on earth are they going to be able to select just two of the Who Do You Think You Are poems for blooms? I knew you would come up with a tactful way to handle the awards but this is oh-so-much better … you both continue to shine, in the garden and out. I echo the others with my thanks for all you do for us and for the gentle way in which you do it.
